About the Role

As a Work-from-Home Office Support specialist at Cyberbacker Careers, you will be an integral part of our remote team, handling essential administrative functions. This position offers 100% work-from-home flexibility and is available for both full-time and part-time arrangements. We provide comprehensive paid training, making it an excellent opportunity even for individuals with no prior experience.

Responsibilities

  • Transcription of various documents and audio.
  • Preparing and organizing paperwork efficiently.
  • Scheduling consultations and appointments with clients.
  • Preparing and emailing weekly reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Updating and maintaining virtual files and databases.
  • Building and managing an ongoing task list to ensure productivity.
  • Overseeing general administrative tasks to support operations.
  • Handling diverse admin tasks as needed.

Technical Requirements

  • Computer Processor: 1 Ghz or above; Intel ® Core i3 (6th -12th gen)/ i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required.
  • Internet Connectivity: 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed).
  • Operating System: Windows Or Mac.
