Job Description
Virtual Office Support - Cyberbacker Careers
Cyberbacker is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Virtual Office Support. This is a 100% Work From Home opportunity, available for both Full Time and Part Time positions. Responsibilities
- Transcription of various audio and document types.
- Preparation and management of important paperwork.
- Scheduling consultations and appointments for clients.
- Preparing and emailing weekly status reports.
- Updating and maintaining virtual file systems.
- Building and overseeing ongoing task lists.
- Supervising and executing administrative tasks.
- Performing general administrative duties.
Technical Requirements
- Computer Processor: 1 Ghz or above; Intel ® Core i3 (6th -12th gen)/ i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required.
- Internet Connectivity: 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed).
- Operating System: Windows or Mac.
