Virtual Office Support - Cyberbacker Careers

Cyberbacker is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Virtual Office Support. This is a 100% Work From Home opportunity, available for both Full Time and Part Time positions. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a remote role with training and competitive pay, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Transcription of various audio and document types.
  • Preparation and management of important paperwork.
  • Scheduling consultations and appointments for clients.
  • Preparing and emailing weekly status reports.
  • Updating and maintaining virtual file systems.
  • Building and overseeing ongoing task lists.
  • Supervising and executing administrative tasks.
  • Performing general administrative duties.

Technical Requirements

  • Computer Processor: 1 Ghz or above; Intel ® Core i3 (6th -12th gen)/ i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required.
  • Internet Connectivity: 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed).
  • Operating System: Windows or Mac.
