Responsibilities
- Transcription of various documents and communications.
- Preparing necessary paperwork for different operational needs.
- Efficiently scheduling consultations and meetings with clients.
- Compiling and emailing weekly reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating virtual files and records accurately.
- Building and managing ongoing task lists to ensure productivity.
- Overseeing and executing various administrative tasks.
- Handling general administrative duties as required.
Technical Requirements
