About the Graphic Backer - Non Voice Role

This role requires an artistic individual capable of creating captivating graphics and infographics to illustrate points or quotes. Collaboration with various departments is essential for announcements and events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with different departments for announcements and events.
• Create and publish image posts using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher, Canva, or equivalent.
• Develop at least 10 infographics for each department.
• Ensure attention to detail and optimal use of design space for every output.

Requirements

• Proficiency with graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and recent work.
• Reliable, committed, and flexible work schedule adherence.
• Minimum system requirements: I5 processor, 8GB RAM, 500GB internal storage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

General Requirements

• Good command of the English language.
• Must be 18 years of age and above.
• Required equipment: noise-cancelling headset and high-definition webcam.

Device and Network Specifications

• Device: Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent, Windows or Mac acceptable, minimum 8GB RAM and 60GB free disk space.
• Network: Minimum 10 Mbps DSL or Fiber Internet connection (no USB sticks or wireless signal-based connections).
