Job Description
The Staff Product Owner – Quality Infrastructure Group role is a key technical program management position within our centralized Quality & Automation Infra-Group. The role is focused on driving a company-wide transformation toward modern, scalable, and data-driven quality engineering practices tailored for SaaS.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, DevOps, and Product.
- Translate quality strategy into actionable execution plans.
- Collaborate with quality infrastructure architects and automation teams.
- Facilitate alignment for OKRs, roadmaps, and stakeholder communication.
- Utilize data analysis to drive quality strategy decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to unify tools, frameworks, and processes across the organization. Manage proofs-of-concept (POCs) for test automation tooling and drive adoption of shared quality platforms among engineering teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles.
- Experience managing large-scale cross-team initiatives in SaaS companies.
- Strong technical background with exposure to test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, and REST API testing tools.
- Experience in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on development or test automation experience.
- Familiarity with SaaS observability, quality gates, and shift-left testing practices.
