Job Overview

The Staff Product Owner - AI Solutions will define, design, and lead innovative AI/ML products and services that shape CyberArk’s future. Collaborating with Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Security teams, you will translate strategy into an actionable roadmap and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog with clear epics and user stories.
• Drive timely delivery through active participation in Agile ceremonies.
• Bridge business and technology by converting needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Lead cross-functional execution by partnering across company teams and removing blockers.
• Advance AI/ML capabilities and innovate in supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, and GenAI/LLMs.
• Champion production machine learning practices including MLOps, data governance, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 6-4+ years experience in Product/PO and/or DS/ML roles with production AI/ML exposure.
• Strong grasp of both functional and technical aspects of complex AI/ML systems.
• Proven experience in Agile delivery, backlog and roadmap management, and cross-team alignment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity/identity/PAM, familiarity with LLMs/NLP, and MLOps tooling.
