Job Description

Are you passionate about building high-performance systems that make a real impact? CyberArk is looking for a Software Engineer, SIA for Databases to join our SIA for Databases team.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of developing secure, scalable, and mission-critical components that run in Linux-based containers on AWS Fargate. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic group of Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, Security Engineers, and Product Managers to deliver innovative solutions that protect the world’s most sensitive data. You will own and deliver new features end-to-end across a wide tech stack spanning Python, Golang, and C++, all running on AWS-native SaaS.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in Python / Go / C++ / Nodejs
  • At least two years hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade SaaS or cloud-native services (AWS preferred)
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, taking on tasks with a proactive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to expanding beyond the comfort zone within the team’s tech stack—including Python, C++, Go and Typescript (React).
  • Shows curiosity and interest in the broader business and product-level operations beyond individual responsibilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field / technology
  • Elite unit alumni with relevant experience.

Additional Information

  • Experience in a frontend framework (eg. React) as a full-stack engineer
  • Experience with Python/Go/ C++ programming languages
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, security principles, and database systems
  • Experienced with modern CI\CD pipelines, e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory and Ansible
  • Fluent in English, good writing skills
