Job Overview

CyberArk is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Program Manager SaaS Platform Group to drive complex programs within our Platform unit. This role serves as the primary liaison between R&D teams and oversees key initiatives, OKRs, and process improvements in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact aligning organizational expectations with team operations.
  • Represent the division in forums addressing organizational process changes.
  • Facilitate global activities such as quarterly planning and division goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing process performance and implementing enhancements.
  • Manage and visualize the status of critical initiatives including OKRs and production health.
  • Provide training and guidance on R&D best practices and process adoption.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, senior leadership, and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years experience as a program manager in R&D, preferably in a global SaaS company.
  • Proven track record in driving complex initiatives and change management.
  • Strong understanding of R&D methodologies, SDLC processes, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Snowflake.
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
