Job Overview
The Senior Program Manager, Cloud Security Division role is designed for an experienced technical leader to drive complex programs in our Cloud Security Division while acting as a key liaison among R&D teams and other divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for aligning organization expectations with team operations.
- Represent the division in forums defining process changes.
- Facilitate global division activities including quarterly planning and goal setting.
- Drive continuous improvement through process analysis and solution implementation.
- Manage and visualize the status of critical initiatives and OKRs.
- Provide training on best practices for R&D teams.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years program management in R&D, preferably in a global SaaS company.
- Proven track record of successful complex initiative management and SDLC improvements.
- Strong understanding of R&D methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools like Tableau, Excel, Snowflake is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership with a can-do and agile mindset.
