The Opportunity: Senior Product Manager, PAM Self-Hosted

As a Senior Product Manager, PAM Self-Hosted, you will be a key member of the Product Management department, responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product requirements, as well as collaborating closely with R&D, product owners/functional analysts, customers, sales, go-to-market teams, marketing, and field services to ensure successful product releases, high customer adoption, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, prioritize, and internally communicate product requirements; define product features and manage/communicate the product roadmap.
• Drive product adoption using data and product-led growth techniques, collaborating with various organizational groups.
• Engage with enterprise-scale customers to ensure high satisfaction with CyberArk's product offering.
• Collaborate daily with sales, professional services, business development, management, and operations teams.
• Work closely with CyberArk technology partners to guarantee successful integrations.
• Specifically contribute to the PAM SaaS team, focusing on discovery and PAM operations related to self-hosted solutions.

Qualifications

• Proactive, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to work effectively with business needs, demonstrating a good understanding of business requirements.
• Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding complex system functionalities.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in working with large global enterprises.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform effectively under time pressure.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (primarily in English).
• Experience in information security and enterprise IT is an advantage.
• Experience with SaaS products is an advantage.
• BSc in computer science/engineering, or 2-4 years hands-on software development experience – an advantage.
