Job Overview
The Enterprise Customer Success Manager at CyberArk will build key customer relationships and guide successful CyberArk product implementations. This role requires partnering with sales, SEs, and Professional Services to create outcome-driven results using KPIs and reporting while serving as a trusted security advisor.
Responsibilities
- Establish trusted adviser relationships with enterprise customers.
- Understand and communicate CyberArk product features and benefits.
- Create and review success criteria with customers.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and monitor SLAs.
- Collaborate with teams on renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
- Experience engaging with large enterprise clients including C-level executives.
- Knowledge in enterprise directory services and security operations.
- Technical proficiency in Windows/Active Directory, UNIX/Linux, scripting, and cloud technologies.
- Fluency in English and Native German.
