What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform technical testing against various targets, including network penetration testing and web application testing
- Produce high-quality reports and peer-review colleagues' work for accuracy
- Develop and create Executive Briefings for clients
- Deliver timely reports to customers and external stakeholders
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-security personnel
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years in an active technical security role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of network, web application, and IEEE 802.11 security concepts
- Experience with modern penetration testing tools and techniques
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous technical security consulting experience
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux/UNIX internals and the Internet protocol suite
- Experience using interpreted languages (Ruby, Python, PHP) and knowledge of compiled languages (Java, C, C++, Assembly)
