What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide consulting and auditing services to identify and improve the security postures of business partners.
- Deploy and configure Palo Alto Firewalls according to prescribed guidelines and blueprints.
- Integrate business partners' remote sites and data centers securely with client networks.
- Review and document traffic flows and security policies, advising on remediation for high-risk areas.
- Troubleshoot incidents related to Palo Alto firewalls and support system upgrades.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and principles.
- Proficiency in deploying and configuring Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Experience with network protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, and DNS.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as UNIX.
- Understanding of application layer security and deep packet inspection.
