What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for providers and Medicare contractors, addressing inquiries professionally and accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract requirements and objectives
- Educate providers on processes and appeal rights while resolving complex issues
- Conduct due diligence follow-ups and maintain accurate records of communications
- Notify management of any escalated issues or suggestions for process improvements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a call center or customer service position
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Must maintain HIPAA Certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and basic knowledge of Excel
