What To Expect as a Full Time Faculty - Assistant or Associate Professor of Artificial Intelligence & Cybersecurity
- Design, deliver, and oversee online courses across Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and related disciplines
- Mentor adjunct faculty, staff, and other program stakeholders
- Participate in service to the discipline and the institution, both internally and externally
- Model professional and collegial behavior that fosters mutual respect and transparent communication
- Undertake other projects as agreed with and assigned by the Dean
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Master's in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, or other closely related field
- Minimum three years of demonstrated success teaching in an online asynchronous learning environment
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering engaging curriculum and learning activities in an online-first LMS
- Experience applying data-informed approaches to enhance student success and retention
- Ability to engage collegially and collaboratively with faculty, staff, and professionals across disciplines
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, or other closely related field
- Possession of relevant certifications in Cybersecurity or Artificial Intelligence
- Experience designing programs aligned with CAE, ABET, or NICE guidelines
- Current industry or applied experience in digital transformation, AI/ML, or security operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage, support, and train adjuncts in an online environment
