About the Role
The Full Time Faculty - Assistant or Associate Professor of Artificial Intelligence & Cybersecurity at Cyber Focus AI is focused on designing, delivering, and overseeing online courses across Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity and related disciplines. This role involves mentoring adjunct faculty, staff, and other stakeholders, and requires the candidate to participate in both internal and external service to the discipline and institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver online courses in related disciplines
- Mentor adjunct faculty and staff
- Participate in service to the institution and discipline
- Model professional and collegial behavior
- Undertake additional projects as assigned by the Dean
Qualifications
Required: Master's in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation or a related field; a minimum of three years teaching experience in an online asynchronous environment; ability to develop and deliver engaging curriculum using an online-first LMS; strong data-informed approach to enhance student success; collaborative engagement with faculty, staff, and professionals.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate degree; relevant certifications in Cybersecurity or Artificial Intelligence; experience designing programs aligned with CAE, ABET, or NICE guidelines; industry or applied experience in digital transformation, AI/ML, or security operations; ability to manage and support adjunct faculty virtually.
