What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats and incidents
• Implement and maintain security tools, SIEM, and cloud security controls
• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)
• Manage IAM policies, access controls, and identity governance
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-7 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, DevSecOps, IAM, or SOC
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOC operations, threat detection, and incident response
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security (for Cloud Security roles)
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and security automation (for DevSecOps roles)
• Knowledge of IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping, SailPoint, or CyberArk

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certifications: Security+, CEH, CISSP, CCSP, AWS/Azure Security, GIAC
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Prisma, or Tenable
• Strong communication and documentation skills
