About the Role: Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Conduct cybersecurity program/system security status assessments.
- Support the development of cybersecurity programs, policies, and procedures.
- Track organizational cybersecurity compliance and manage remediation efforts.
- Prepare for and assist with various cyber assessments, including Command Cyber Operations Readiness Inspections and vulnerability scans.
- Develop technical standards and documentation for security-focused processes and government approval.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations based on system risk posture.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- At least 3 years of supervisory and technical management experience in cybersecurity.
- Must currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and qualify for a TS/SCI clearance.
- BA/BS + 8 years of recent specialized experience, or AA/AS + 10 years, or a major certification + 12 years, or 14 years of recent specialized experience.
- DoD 8570 IAM III and IAT II Baseline Certification.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Microsoft Azure Certification (Server Administration).
- Cisco Certified Network / CyberOps Associate.
- RedHat Certification Associate.
- Proficiency with Microsoft SCCM and/or other automatic reporting tools.
