Overview

Cyber Focus AI is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity & AI Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that safeguard enterprise assets and drive innovation through AI integration. You will manage complex programs in cybersecurity and AI, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk frameworks, and compliance mandates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cybersecurity and AI programs using Agile methodologies.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams and align initiatives with enterprise goals.
  • Utilize Jira and Jira Align to track progress and plan deliverables.
  • Facilitate value stream mapping and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize program backlogs and manage risk.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Report program status, risks, KPIs, and financial performance to leadership.
  • Manage vendor relationships and program financials.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and resource allocations.
  • Communicate technical risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in program/project management with cybersecurity focus.
  • Agile expertise including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban; proficient in Jira and Jira Align.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity standards and risk management frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage program budgets, financials, and vendor contracts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CSM, CISSP, or CISM certifications.
  • Experience in DevSecOps and secure SDLC in Agile environments.
  • Background in AI program management including governance and ethical considerations.
  • Knowledge in networking and advanced network security technologies.
