Your Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor network traffic and systems diligently for any security breaches or anomalies.
• Investigate and respond promptly to security incidents, providing detailed reports and effective remediation steps.
• Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to proactively identify potential risks.
• Implement and maintain essential security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and antivirus software.
• Develop and enforce robust security policies, standards, and procedures across the organization.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles.
• Strong understanding of fundamental networking protocols, various operating systems, and established security frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, and comprehensive vulnerability management solutions.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and principles of risk management.

How to Excel (Preferred Qualifications):

• Possession of relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CISM.
• Experience with cloud security platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with scripting languages, particularly Python or PowerShell, for automation tasks.
