The Role: Senior Enterprise Account Executive
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing sales of our cybersecurity solutions to large accounts, primarily in France, but also in Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
This role is entirely dedicated to the Enterprise segment: you will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, relying on our pre-sales, marketing, and partner ecosystem to maximize your commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with major accounts (CAC 40, SBF 120) in France.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through:
- Support from the SDR team for lead generation.
- Direct prospecting and network activation.
- Participation in events, seminars, and networking activities.
- Work with strategic partners and resellers to expand the pipeline and co-sell when relevant.
- Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events, building trusted relationships.
- Ensure rigorous pipeline management and sales forecasting, along with exemplary use of Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-Level decision-makers and influencers.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Act as a true trusted advisor, understanding clients' cybersecurity challenges and aligning them with CybelAngel solutions.
Candidate Profile
- 5 years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in French, both written and oral; English proficiency is a plus.
- Solid track record of exceeding sales objectives in the Enterprise segment.
- Excellent knowledge of the French cybersecurity market, particularly large accounts (CAC 40, SBF 120).
- Proven experience in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain a pipeline through direct prospecting, networking, and event participation.
- Availability to travel to meet clients and participate in industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) with strong discipline in pipeline and forecast tracking.
- Experience in quarterly sales forecasting.
- Good knowledge of the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
- AI: Curious and agile, you have already integrated AI assistants (like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) into your daily routine to improve efficiency, and you are enthusiastic about exploring AI in your work environment.

Recruitment Process
- Exploratory interview (30 min) with Romain, Talent Acquisition Manager, to discover your background, understand your expectations, and present our environment and values.
- Business interview (45 min) with Oliver, Head of Sales, to detail the position and discuss your role within the team.
- Business case (1h30) to be prepared in advance and presented to Oliver and the Sales team to demonstrate your skills on a concrete case and project yourself into the role; we will also pay attention to your ability to use AI tools relevantly.
- Final interview with our CEO, Erwan Keraudy, to validate the overall fit.
