The Role: Data Integration Operations Support Specialist
CWT is seeking a dedicated Data Integration Operations Support Specialist to ensure the highest level of data integrity and accuracy within its travel management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzes and tracks transaction errors to identify recurrent issues.
- Provides feedback to accountable teams based on error sources and causes.
- Corrects data errors to maintain accuracy for critical reporting.
- Creates and manages account-specific reporting fields.
- Handles diverse invoicing processes within the back-office system.
- Ensures the collection or notification of missed transaction fees.
- Utilizes multiple proprietary and industry reporting systems, including ARC, BSP, Glory, Matrix, and AQUA.
- Maintains proper documentation within PNRs and data systems.
- Participates in team meetings to stay updated, address challenges, and share best practices.
- Works autonomously in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Keeps supervisors informed of significant issues or unusual matters.
- Takes prompt corrective action or suggests alternatives as needed.
- May perform backup duties for other department areas.
- Assists with department-related projects and implementations (e.g., clean-up, startup, closeout).
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- High school diploma.
- At least 3 years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in GDS knowledge.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to pass extended government background checks and must be a US citizen or resident.
- Strong understanding of travel management reporting fields is preferred.
- Exceptional detail-orientation to ensure data accuracy.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (spreadsheets, tables, documents).
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities for effective team interaction.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to meet productivity goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
