Overview

CVS Health invites undergraduates to join the Supply Chain Operational Excellence Internship, a 10.5-week full-time on-site program. The internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare supply chain environment with opportunities to work on projects that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.

Internship Details

The internship starts on May 27th, 2026 and concludes on August 7th, 2026 in one of the CVS Health distribution center locations (La Habra, CA or Orlando, FL). Interns working over 50 miles from their site may qualify for a relocation stipend. It is a full-time role (Monday to Friday) and pays $25 per hour, with benefits including two days of paid leave and no work on July 4th.

What You Will Do

  • Work on projects that drive operational improvements in the supply chain.
  • Engage in community service, professional development workshops, mentorship, and networking.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and improve processes.
  • Gain exposure in areas like safety, quality, delivery, labor management, and warehouse systems.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Logistics, Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering or Engineering Management with a graduation date between September 2026 and August 2027. Applicants must be available full-time, have relevant coursework or experiences in supply chain/logistics, and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Access, SQL, and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
