Position Summary

As the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior management in the Operations area of Signify Health to develop and implement HR solutions aligned with business strategy. This role translates critical ideas into actionable plans that integrate seamlessly into everyday operations while serving as a liaison between HR and other business units.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic directions into HR initiatives.
  • Assess organizational structure and optimize for effectiveness.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic advice on people-related issues.
  • Lead HR projects to enhance processes, employee engagement, and inclusion.
  • Utilize HR data analytics to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Support change management initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
  • Guide senior leaders on employee relations and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications

At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years supporting senior business leaders, specifically Director+ level stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel are required.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges between $75,400 and $165,954, with eligibility for bonus, commission, and equity awards. Benefit offerings include comprehensive medical plans, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plans, and various wellness programs.
