Position Summary

At CVS Health, the Retail Store Self-Service Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the self-service knowledge base to empower retail store colleagues and customers to resolve issues independently. This role emphasizes curating, updating, and structuring content in support of AI-driven search and assistance tools, ensuring quick access to accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate and maintain articles, FAQs, and job aids.
  • Analyze customer feedback and support tickets for content improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support AI training and search enhancements.
  • Utilize CMS and knowledge management systems to streamline workflows.
  • Monitor performance metrics to guide content lifecycle decisions.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer support environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data analytics, AI, or conversational AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Moveworks, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of store operations and support-based technical systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset and analytical capability.

Education & Work Hours

Must possess a High School Diploma or GED. Anticipated weekly hours: 40 (Full time).

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $21.10 - $44.99 hourly, plus eligibility for bonus, commission, or short-term incentives. Comprehensive benefits include medical plans, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, and various wellness, financial, and family support programs.
