Position Summary

The Provider Data Services Administrator role is a full-time position responsible for supporting the loading of new and revised Medicaid participating provider data transactions into Aetna/CVS source systems. The role demands strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Support provider data services and data compliance.
• Handle ticket and case management from providers.
• Perform data comparisons and work with large datasets.
• Follow protocols, standards, and policies to ensure effective support.
• Attend required trainings for professional development.

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of healthcare industry experience, advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, formulas), and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with data analysis and large datasets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with an innovative mindset.

Education & Hours

High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Anticipated weekly hours: 40.
