Position Overview
The Process Architect - HR Technology role is based in Richardson, TX. In this hybrid role (onsite 1-2 days per week), you will identify process and system gaps, optimize business processes, and act as a liaison between business and technology teams to create optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Gap Analysis: Identify inefficiencies and gaps in HR and payroll systems and document findings.
- Business Process Optimization: Analyze and refine workflows, reduce waste, and align operations to strategic objectives.
- Solution Facilitation: Act as liaison between business and technical teams and present proposed solutions.
- Establish Best Practices: Implement streamlined processes for operational efficiency across teams.
- Project Management: Define project scope, track progress, and present updates during portfolio reviews.
- Communication & Presentation: Create clear presentations for stakeholders, communicating complex process flows effectively.
- Process Visualization: Develop visual process flows to illustrate current and future state setups.
- Tool Utilization: Build and manage dashboards using Jira, Microsoft Project and other tools.
- Agile Methodologies & Product Model: Collaborate in agile environments to drive iterative improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience as a business analyst or process architect.
- Expertise with visualization tools (Visio, Lucid, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel).
- Strong experience with Agile Methodologies including Jira and Microsoft Project.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives and delivering portfolio presentations.
- Proven track record in planning and delivering business solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Collaboration and a growth mindset.
- Background in HR and Payroll processes, with HRIT/HRIS experience.
- Experience with SQL and data visualizations.
Education & Work Details
Bachelor's degree required. Specialized training or professional qualifications are a plus. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week with hybrid work arrangement (onsite 1-2 days per week in Richardson, TX).
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range is $92,700.00 - $185,400.00, plus bonus, commission or short-term incentive programs. Benefits include medical plans, 401(k) with company matching, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and more.
