Job Purpose and Summary
The Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health supports pharmacy teams to deliver operational and service excellence in our retail locations. You assist with prescription filling, customer service, and inventory tasks, while ensuring safety, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safe operations.
- Support prescription fulfillment including production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows.
- Provide empathetic and caring service to patients and customers.
- Manage inventory tasks such as cycle counts and handling medication deliveries.
- Assist with immunization support and vaccine management when qualified.
Required Qualifications & Essential Functions
Must comply with state board requirements, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrate a strong attention to detail, and maintain excellent communication and customer service skills.
