Job Purpose And Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health, you will support pharmacy teams in delivering operational and service excellence in our retail locations. You are a key first point of contact, ensuring prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately while delivering compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow company SOPs to assist pharmacists in managing patient health.
• Manage pharmacy workflow including production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off operations.
• Create positive patient experiences with empathy and care.
• Complete inventory tasks like medication delivery checks and cycle counts.
• Support additional services like immunizations following required training and certification.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet state board pharmacy requirements, be at least 16 years old if applicable, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Must complete rigorous training and satisfy registration, licensing, and certification requirements as mandated by state guidelines.
