As a Pharmacy Technician, you support the pharmacy team by ensuring prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, while delivering compassionate service.

Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities

You will support the pharmacy team in operational excellence at your store. Responsibilities include following standard operating procedures, assisting with prescription fulfillment, managing inventory tasks, and contributing to positive patient experiences. You may also assist with immunizations where permitted by law after completing additional training and certification.

• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and care.
• Manage inventory tasks such as cycle counts and stocking.
• Support additional health services including immunizations.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet state board of pharmacy requirements, which may include age, education, and certification/licensure. A high school diploma or equivalent is needed, and completion of a company training program is required.
