Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate benefits of generic therapies to patients.
  • Conduct generic conversions and therapy changes with the Specialty Projects Team.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support.
  • Utilize working knowledge in insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement requirements.
  • Engage in adherence outreach to ensure patients maintain their therapy.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience handling calls.
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer data effectively.
  • Must reside in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Preferred call center experience and proficiency in Windows and MS applications.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
