Position Summary

The Manager, Business Compliance – Data Analytics supports network adequacy filings for the Commercial business. This role ensures compliance with state regulatory standards, drives process improvements, maintains data integrity, and ensures cross-functional coordination. The role requires strong Excel skills and data analytics capability with advanced tools like Power BI and Dataiku.

Primary Responsibilities

• Complete network adequacy filings for assigned commercial states including data calls, templates, affidavits, and supporting documentation.
• Manage deficiency and objection cycles from initial notice through resolution.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely submissions.
• Utilize Excel (data modeling, complex formulas, pivot reporting, automation) to support regulatory filings.
• Leverage advanced analytics/visualization tools such as Power BI and Dataiku for data aggregation and analysis.
• Collaborate with Market Compliance Consultants and enterprise partners to address regulatory inquiries and audits.
• Implement best practices in compliance and network adequacy filings.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in compliance, regulatory filings, and/or analytics.
• Proven experience in data analytics and strong Excel skills.
• Adept at problem solving, teamwork, and decision making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of network management practices.

Education & Work Details

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional training. Full-time position with an anticipated 40-hour work week. This role is eligible for additional benefits and incentives offered by CVS Health.
