Position Summary
The Lead Director, Identity Governance and Administration will lead one of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineering teams within CVS Health’s Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS) organization. You will shape and execute an enterprise-wide IAM strategy focused on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and automation, driving cutting edge engineering initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive the IAM vision and align initiatives with security objectives and regulations.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead a high-performing team with mentorship and strategic direction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, legal, compliance, HR, and business units to define and enforce IAM policies.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Oversee advanced risk assessments and control implementations.
- Automation & Innovation: Champion automation in IAM processes using AI/ML and orchestration tools.
- Incident Response & Monitoring: Direct threat detection and timely resolution of IAM incidents.
- Policy & Governance: Establish and maintain IAM policies and standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Advise internal and external stakeholders and lead IAM audits and assessments.
- Change & Release Management: Ensure robust change controls for IAM systems.
- Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging IAM technologies, threats, and trends.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in information security with a focus on IAM.
- 7+ years in IAM, IGA, and automation.
- 5+ years leading large-scale IAM programs in regulated environments.
- 5+ years of experience with the Sailpoint product suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong execution and delivery track record.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps principles.
- Relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM are highly desired.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or High School Diploma with 4 years relevant experience).
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $144,200.00 - $288,400.00 annually. The final offer depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for bonus, commission, short-term incentives, and equity awards.
