The IT Production Operations Analyst role supports essential IT functions across four lines of business: Meritain, American Health Holdings, Network Account Business, and First Health. Key Responsibilities

Asset Management:

• Track IT applications and software using inventory tools.
• Ensure assets comply with company policies and licensing.
• Support efforts to improve asset usage and reduce costs.

Incident Management:

• Log and categorize IT issues using ticketing systems.
• Communicate with team members during incident resolution.
• Identify patterns in incidents and suggest improvements.

Problem Management:

• Join investigations to understand recurring issues.
• Document known problems and solutions in a knowledge base.
• Monitor systems and report potential issues.

Change Management:

• Document planned changes to systems and applications.
• Communicate changes to relevant teams and users.
• Support post-change reviews and maintain records.

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery:

• Maintain documentation for backup and recovery procedures.
• Participate in testing of recovery plans and report findings.
• Follow communication protocols during system disruptions.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

0–3 years of experience in IT or technical support with a strong interest in IT operations and service management. Must have good communication and organizational skills and the ability to learn quickly. Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and a basic understanding of ITIL concepts are a plus, along with experience using Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting tools.

Education & Hours

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, or equivalent technical training or certifications. This is a full-time position with 40 anticipated weekly hours.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly pay range for this role is $21.10 - $40.90. In addition, this position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
