Position Summary

The Coordinator, Member Communication Services is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate quality validation for member correspondence, including Medicare operational letters. This role involves quality review of PDF images for correct template, content, branding, and formatting so that letters print accurately and reach plan participants. The role requires establishing positive relationships with internal and external customers and maintaining tracking reports for correspondence.

Responsibilities

  • Proof letters in PDF format against data and templates.
  • Support lead team members with research, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Assist with special projects for ongoing improvement and expansion.
  • Prepare files and tracking reports while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report deficiencies in correspondence.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated, working independently within guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • General understanding of PBM or healthcare operations.
  • Knowledge of print file functionality and data requirements.
  • Experience in quality check or proofreading.
  • Bachelor Degree preferred.

Additional Information

This is a fully remote position (anywhere in the US) with a work schedule from Tuesday through Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm AZ time. The role is full time with an anticipated 40 hours per week and includes competitive benefits and additional bonus options.
