Position Summary

The Case Management Analyst helps organize patient care by working with healthcare providers to ensure timely and cost-effective infusion services. The role involves analyzing complex cases, recommending corrective actions, and managing escalated issues. Additional responsibilities include standardizing procedures, coaching, training, and serving as a subject matter expert.

  • Manage escalated SOC issues and support special projects.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, physicians, and support partners.
  • Analyze cases and propose actionable resolutions.
  • Standardize and disseminate best practices and protocols.
  • Utilize multiple systems including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of Account/Case Management or Medical Front office experience.
  • 3 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and keyboard skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of Salesforce and sales experience.
  • Ability to multitask using multiple system applications.
  • Basic pharmaceutical knowledge and excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and the ability to maintain PHI confidentiality.
