Position Summary
The Case Management Analyst helps organize patient care by working with healthcare providers to ensure timely and cost-effective infusion services. The role involves analyzing complex cases, recommending corrective actions, and managing escalated issues. Additional responsibilities include standardizing procedures, coaching, training, and serving as a subject matter expert.
- Manage escalated SOC issues and support special projects.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, physicians, and support partners.
- Analyze cases and propose actionable resolutions.
- Standardize and disseminate best practices and protocols.
- Utilize multiple systems including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of Account/Case Management or Medical Front office experience.
- 3 years of Customer Service experience.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and keyboard skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of Salesforce and sales experience.
- Ability to multitask using multiple system applications.
- Basic pharmaceutical knowledge and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and the ability to maintain PHI confidentiality.
