Position Overview
The Account Manager - Aetna International position is key in providing proactive account service management for one of Aetna International’s key clients. The role involves building strong relationships with client contacts, Aetna business partners, and internal departments while providing exceptional communication, independent work ability, and proactive problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer service strategy.
- Conduct meetings, calls, training presentations and in-person visits.
- Engage in email correspondence to discuss service levels and process improvements.
- Identify service gaps, determine root causes and develop actionable solutions.
- Support client needs in multiple time zones and manage time sensitive communications.
- Coordinate vendor participation in onsite vaccine administration and manage provider directories.
- Maintain client microsite and oversee member communication strategy.
Qualifications
Required: 2+ years of experience in insurance industry/account management/customer service, active resident insurance producer license (or ability to obtain within 60 days), experience with Microsoft Teams, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Travel up to 10% may be required.
Preferred: Bilingual skills (French, German, Portuguese, Mandarin) and experience working with complex accounts.
Education & Hours
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Anticipated weekly hours: 40 (Full time).
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $43,888.00 to $102,081.00 based on experience and other factors. In addition to competitive wages, CVS Health offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, 401(k) with matching, stock purchase plan, wellness programs, and various other benefits.
