Job Description Summary

This role designs, develops, and implements digital solutions by applying advanced technical expertise in software architecture, coding, testing, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do

  • Design and define technical architecture and infrastructure.
  • Write code, develop software components, and implement complex functionalities.
  • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders for high-level architectural decisions.
  • Optimize performance and ensure code efficiency through advanced programming skills.
  • Integrate software components ensuring seamless interoperability.
  • Execute test cases, perform debugging, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Participate in agile methodologies and project planning meetings.
  • Explore new tools, frameworks, and techniques to drive innovation.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) preferred

Education & Hours

Bachelor's degree preferred, full-time (40 hours per week).

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range is $92,700.00 - $185,400.00 annually, with eligibility for bonus, commission, or short-term incentives. Comprehensive benefits include affordable medical plans, a 401(k) with matching, employee stock purchase plan, and various wellness programs.
