What You’ll Do

The Governance Administration Specialist will support the implementation and administration of enhanced metrics, policies, procedures, and reporting processes. The role works closely with the Governance lead and various teams to ensure compliance and improvement of governance structures.

  • Administer and manage enhanced governance metrics and policies.
  • Ensure timely reporting of governance metrics to management and regulators.
  • Collaborate with teams for accurate documentation and audit readiness.
  • Prepare evidence packages for audits and regulatory exams.
  • Track and escalate deviations in governance procedures.

What Do You Need?

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field plus 3+ years of experience in governance, compliance, or policy administration. Financial services experience is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills along with ability to work collaboratively.

Technology Skills

Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and a willingness to learn Customers Bank applications.
