We are dedicated to enabling communication that truly resonates with recipients.

About the Role

As a Technical Product Operations Manager, you will be a detail-oriented operator focused on transforming complex processes into streamlined, scalable workflows. You possess a technical curiosity, eager to master new tools and platforms, and a passion for solving operational challenges. Your communication is clear, you excel in cross-functional collaboration, and you are committed to enhancing team effectiveness. You embody a bias for action, an ownership mindset, and a genuine interest in how AI and automation can drive efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Audit, document, and enhance product, design, and documentation workflows, pinpointing bottlenecks and opportunities for scaling.
  • Lead workflow modernization initiatives utilizing no-code/low-code solutions (e.g., Zapier, n8n) to boost adoption across teams.
  • Act as the primary administrator for product operations tools (e.g., Enterpret, Linear), ensuring impeccable data quality and consistent application.
  • Consolidate and operationalize product feedback from Sales, Support, and Customer Experience, translating it into actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement Slack-based automation and AI tools to address common product inquiries and reduce manual effort.
  • Establish and maintain structured operational rhythms for Product Managers, including effective backlog management and planning cadences.
  • Improve documentation standards and discoverability across Notion and related systems, including the systematic archiving of legacy content.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Docs leaders on cross-functional projects, strategic planning, and internal communications.
  • Support product reporting and executive updates by compiling key metrics, insightful analyses, and essential operational data.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, program management, or a comparable operational role.
  • Practical experience administering tools such as Jira, Notion, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms for workflow and documentation.
  • Familiarity with product feedback tools (e.g., Enterpret, Productboard) is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfort working with data—adept at extracting, organizing, and presenting information persuasively.
  • Keen interest in AI tools and no-code platforms for automation; experience with Kapa.ai, Zapier, or similar is a plus.
  • A proactive, self-directed individual comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • A collaborative disposition and a genuine commitment to empowering teams.

The starting salary for the Technical Product Operations Manager role ranges from $132k-$152k USD (or equivalent in local currency), dependent on experience and market rate adjustments.
