Data Abstraction Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a dedicated Data Abstraction Analyst to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate, complete, and consistent lease data, enabling proactive and cost-effective operational and financial portfolio management for their occupier clients.
Primary Purpose Of The Job
The core responsibility is to record and maintain an up-to-date, accurate, complete, and consistent lease database. This database will serve as the foundation for securing cost-effective and proactive operational and financial portfolio management for Cushman & Wakefield GOS occupier clients.
Professional Qualifications
- BSC/MSC degree is required.
- No relevant work experience is required, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity.
- Data processing experience in an international environment is considered an advantage.
- Work experience in the real estate field is also an advantage.
Foreign Language Skills
- Intermediate English language proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage.

Responsibilities Of The Jobholder
- Comply with all Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controls.
- Deliver the contracted service level consistently.
Regular Tasks
- Daily and other Business As Usual (BAU) tasks include:
- Reading real estate leases and associated documents to accurately record information regarding payments, critical dates, and responsibilities, or comparing legal documents.
- Efficiently managing one's own workload and actively supporting other team members as needed.
- Managing and participating in the back-up system within the team.
- Supporting the maintenance of BAU process documents related to the job.

All data-related documentation must be stored on Shared drives or SharePoint, adhering to documented processes.
