About the role

About the Role:

Assist in the development, delivery, and co-ordination of incoming bid requests. This includes the completion of RFQ/RFI/EOIs by obtaining, managing, and checking information from other departments. You will also be responsible for the completion of Tenders, ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained in the tender/bid application. Support and drive the bid process, ensuring the most appropriate and relevant solution to each bid has been utilized through co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders. Establish, maintain, and update a set of standardized answers and templates for future bids. Responsibilities also include bid writing and processing, leading or assisting with interview presentations when necessary, carrying out C&W site visits, associated case study writing, and CV upgradation. You will also update the C&W Prebid tracker on a daily basis.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have the ability to format documents in Word and possess PowerPoint presentation experience. A sound understanding of the construction process is required. You should have the ability to break down answers and formulate responses, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create and maintain good working relationships. Excellent organizational and time management skills, proven troubleshooting skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. A good command of the English language and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages are required, along with good attention to detail. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently is also crucial.
