Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Java Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Java development, microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable, secure, and efficient enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and microservices.
- Build RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
- Develop scalable and secure backend services for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture discussions.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
