Overview

Currie & Brown is looking for a leader in Project Management to oversee an exciting portfolio of works across Healthcare, Life Science & Labs, and Residential sectors in London and the Southeast. Join a high performing Senior Leadership Team with a focus on project leadership, business acumen, and work winning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage design and construction phases of multi-sited projects.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders including client teams, property services, designers, contractors, FM, and building management.
  • Lead coordination of customer fit-out against design guides and constraints.
  • Deliver projects, commissions, and professional assignments accurately and timely.
  • Set objectives and priorities while maintaining effective communication and financial control.

Skills and Experience

Required technical delivery experience in the construction industry and a BSc in construction management, architecture, building surveying or equivalent. Experience in the education sector and with fit-out projects is advantageous; risk management qualifications or experience are beneficial.
