Overview

Curology is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive growth, retention, and lifetime value for Curology and our sister brand, Agency. This role involves transforming customer touchpoints into an insight-driven journey aligned with 2025 strategic priorities and beyond.

What You'll Own

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and execution.
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Product Analysts, and UX Designers to resolve ambiguity and bring the vision to life.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Medical, Pharmacy, Fulfillment, Finance, and Legal teams for insights and solutions.
  • Leverage data to prioritize initiatives and measure success with defined proxy metrics and OKRs.
  • Drive experimentation through A/B and multi-variant testing to optimize customer experiences.
  • Influence stakeholders without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset while delivering measurable business results.

Industry Expertise & Growth Mindset

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products, with familiarity in subscription, prescription, or telehealth/beauty-tech sectors. The candidate should be comfortable navigating regulated digital experiences and leveraging experimentation frameworks to drive growth.

Customer-Centric Storytelling & Data-Driven Decisions

You will craft engaging narratives that transform complex, compliance-heavy processes into delightful customer experiences, using metrics and analytics to drive product priorities.

Collaboration & Mindset

This position requires exceptional collaboration across technical and non-technical teams, a willingness to tackle ambiguity, and a dedication to delivering quantifiable value. It is a fast-paced role demanding a self-starter with a track record of impact on digital KPIs.

Salary

Salary Range: $140k-$160k, based on location and experience.
