The Executive Virtual Assistant - Project Manager role involves overseeing projects, leading teams, and ensuring successful project delivery while handling client relationships and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
- Manage client relationships and address their requirements.
- Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, report preparation, and documentation.
- Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Trello or Microsoft Project.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful project outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
