Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based agentic AI workflows for patient interactions.
• Implement and optimize prompt engineering and reasoning pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Integrate external HTTP/REST APIs to enhance workflow capabilities.
• Work with SQL databases for efficient data storage, querying, and performance tuning.
• Contribute to backend system architecture, data flow design, and AI orchestration logic.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Proficiency in Python, including scripting, API integration, and data handling.
• Basic understanding of agentic AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, specifically MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with HTTP APIs and JSON data exchange.
• Understanding of modular and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) based design principles.
• Knowledge of integrating LLM, Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems via APIs or SDKs.
• Familiarity with Git version control, Linux environments, and containerized systems like Docker.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming or event-driven system concepts.
• Basic knowledge of telephony systems (e.g., Asterisk, Twilio, WebRTC) is considered a plus.
