About the Training Administrative Coordinator Role

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a creative and energetic Training Administrative Coordinator to organize and support the delivery of all training and health fair services for CuraLinc’s employee assistance program (EAP) clients.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support training delivery by staffing sessions using provider databases.
  • Coordinate logistics with training providers including authorizations and scheduling reminders.
  • Work with client representatives and relationship managers to meet scheduling, promotion, content, attendance, and follow-up expectations.
  • Maintain and update presentation materials ensuring consistent branding and customization.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, session data, and other organizational services.
  • Potentially assist in moderating virtual sessions.

Qualifications

  • Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple modalities.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with GoTo Webinar platforms and EAP Expert is preferred.
