Role Overview: Retail Sales Associate - Full Time
As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the face of the brand. You will engage customers, provide product advice, and ensure a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience. This position requires flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Experience & Teamwork: Greet guests, build connections, resolve issues, and sign up customers for rewards programs.
- Operations & Store Standards: Open/close store, handle cash, check IDs, update profiles, and manage inventory and restocking tasks.
- Sales & Performance: Meet daily sales goals, upsell products, and stay updated with promotions and product updates.
What You’ll Bring
A high school diploma or GED, 6+ months customer-facing or sales experience, proficiency with POS systems, excellent communication skills, and strong multitasking abilities. Flexibility and a team-first attitude are essential.
Even Better If You Have
Sales experience with KPI tracking, familiarity with e-commerce systems, and previous experience in a regulated retail setting.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This role involves standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment includes exposure to allergens like dust and pollen, and requires adaptability to a high-paced, ever-changing setting.
