Main Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across various European countries.
- Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing queries related to tax, social security, illness, and insurance.
- Drive compliance with internal controls and local payroll legislation to support audit readiness and reduce risk.
- Support cross-functional projects to streamline payroll processes and enhance efficiency.
- Utilize Payroll, Time, and HR systems expertise to manage data interfaces and error-free uploads.
- Apply advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas for data analysis.
- Maintain and improve documentation through updated workflow and procedure manuals.
- Contribute to year-end and tax processes including adjustments, tax filings, and statement reviews.
